Kruttika Thakur
Kruttika, an Architect by profession, has got her B.Arch degree from Mumbai University in 1987. With over 30+ years of experience under her belt, she is well versed in fields ranging from designing, planning and implementation of residential, commercial, Educational & hospitality projects. She has been a part of designing a five-star hotel, the international hospitality chain -Le Meridien over the course of her career.
Over the last few years, she has actively tried to incorporate Vaastu Shastra Principles in modern-day architecture to build towards a form of Eco-responsive Architecture. She also has an aspiration for the works in Mud Architecture.
She has several accolades to her name, one such is acing the IBBI valuation exam and is a registered valuer with the Government Of India. She has also explored the academic front and has been a part of the visiting faculty for the subject: Design, Interior design, Landscape design & other allied design subjects for B.Arch for over 15 years in many reputed institutes under Mumbai University, shaping bright minds and guiding the upcoming generation of Architects. She has been invited as a member of the jury panel for University Exams.
On the personal front, she maintains hobbies such as reading, yoga, music and has an aspiration for Mantra-Shastra. She strongly believes in nature responsive lifestyle.
Vinay
Vinay, an Architect by profession, has got his B. Arch degree from Mumbai University in 1987. He has experience of more than 30 years of practicing Architects. He has worked on various architectural projects such as Residential, Commercial, Schools, Colleges & Hospitals. He has also worked on various Interior projects like offices, restaurants, hospitals & residences.
Also he is practicing as Valuers (Immovable Property) since last 22 years and last 12 years practicing as Govt. Approved Valuers.
He is an expert in liasioning Architect and successful Architectural practitioner.
On the personal front, he likes to explores new places &travel. His interests include music, photography and all about Travel.
